CORE COMPONENTS OF CHARGEONE

ChargeOne server: The core application responsible for charging, It acts as the central hub for all billing activities. Business Support System (BSS): A backend application that provides a graphical user in-terface (GUI) for managing the ChargeOne server. It handles essential functions such as cus-tomer management, subscriber management, account management, product manage-ment, service management, and billing management. Diameter Routing Agent (DRA): Manages Diameter signaling traffic within the network, ensuring efficient routing and processing of charging-related messages. Online Charging System (OCS): Handles real-time charging and credit control for pre-paid services, ensuring users have sufficient credit before service usage. Charging Gateway (CGW): Acts as a bridge between the network elements and the ChargeOne. It handles the communication and data exchange necessary for the charging process, facilitating seamless communication and data exchange.

Operations Support System (OSS): Supports network operations and management, providing tools for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing network performance. Orphan Session Processing: refers to the management and resolution of sessions that have become disassociated from their corresponding charging context. These can occur due to network failures, unexpected disconnections, or other anomalies. SelfCare is a customer-facing application or portal that allows users to manage their ac-counts and services independently. It enhances customer experience by providing direct access to various account management functions Redis is an open-source, in-memory data structure store used as a database and cache to store the context of a ChargeOne sessions
