Safarifone solution provides a range of flexible and state-of-the-art services to the customers. This solution is developed to improve availability, scalability, security, and flexibility. In the following topics, we’ll traverse the different features of BizFlow. This document is intended for business teams, including portfolio managers, service managers, etc., and their teams. It guides them to make more of the service by exploring the different configuration flexibilities designed within the system.
This solution consists of different systems that are working together to achieve the big picture that we’re discussing here.
ChargeOne:
The Convergent Billing Solution (CBS) is an end-to-end convergent charging and billing solution for all types of networks, services and subscribers. It is a flexible charging and billing engine that help service provider expand market sharethrough customized services, improve operational efficiency through express billing, and reduce costs.
BizFlow:
Converged Billing System Graphical User Interface, is the management interface of the ChargeOne. It has all the flexibility to view and modify the whole system configuration.
The Safarifone BizFlow portal is the main management interface for the whole solution. From configuring the system to operations and executive management, these aspects of the solution are the basic services intended for this system.
The system login screen requires your username and password, then click the sign in button.
Service provider is the company hosting a deployment, you’ll need to create your company as the service provider. Below image shows the respected screen.
